Everything that has to be true before you get on the plane — passport, entry card, dive tickets, the bike licence. Tick your own off, then swap status with the crew so nobody finds out at the airport.

Send to the group

Invite the crew

Send this link, then tell them the trip passcode separately. They pick a name and their own passphrase, and from then on everyone's progress shows up on the same manifest without anyone copying anything.

The link alone gets nobody in — they need the trip passcode too, so send that by a different message. The status code below is the offline fallback: someone with no signal, or opening the file off their own machine, can paste it into “Add by code”.

Pull someone in

Add a friend

Paste the code or link they sent you. Their progress lands in your manifest next to yours. Paste a newer one from the same person and it just updates them.

You are only ever reading their code. Nothing you tick gets sent anywhere until you choose to share it.

Admins only

Set the flight

Whatever you put here draws the route on the landing page for the whole crew. Leave the stopover empty for a direct hop.

Leaving from, stopping at, landing at.

Pick the name you want on the manifest and a passphrase to go with it. First person to use a name claims it — after that only the matching passphrase gets back in.

The one the crew agreed on.

Just yours. It keeps your row on the manifest yours.

A light gate for a group of friends, not a bank. Both secrets are salted and hashed before they're stored and neither is ever kept in the clear — but don't reuse a passphrase that matters. Without the trip passcode the link on its own gets nobody in.
